About SAS Diagnostics
It all started with the initiative of four friends in the year 1967; two of them were medical doctors, while other two were from business background.
Dr. Debabrata Bagchi, Mr. Niranjan kr. Hirji, Dr. Sisir kr.Bose and Mr. Arun Kr Dey started a small laboratory and X Ray unit in a one room rented apartment at ground floor of a four storied building in the Hindustan Park area of south calcutta.
It was a humble beginning indeed , but with the indomitable spirit of these people, their dedication and entrepreneurial skill , yielded a phenomenal success in growing this unit to one of the most reputed medical investigative facilities of south calcutta.
